P: If you could give me a firm time I'll be there because I just came back here to California to see you and I rented a car and driver. K: Where are you? P: I'm at the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills. K: This just developed last night and I just remembered this morning. P: Look, I understand your position 100% and no problem. K: How about next Monday or Tuesday? P: Next Monday or Tuesday. What date would that be? K: The 24th. P: A week from today. All right. Can you give me a specific time and I'll be there. K: Let me put my assistant on, may I? Let's say tentatively 12 o'clock. P: 12 o'clock Monday? And do I come to the White House? K: Yes. P: 12 o'clock Monday the 24th. K:0 Right. NOW you understand it's probably not worth your while. P: No, that's all right. I want to discuss what - several things have happened with regard to Korea and Japan that I think you should know about anyway and various other developments in the Arab world. As you know I have probably the finest secret service system - intelligence system - in the world on the Middle East. I have to maintain it to keep my ex out there and I would love to see you in any case for a few minutes and discuss what we talked about before plus these new developments.
