That's what bothers me - if there were no negotiations. We of course
in all candor we would oppose it anyway but I probably wouldn't be
calling you and I don't think I've called you very often if ever.

It just is a helluva rough time - you know the day after I've talked
to them - while these things are still going and with the best intentions
in the world it's just lawfully tough to integrate these various resolutions
because they 're bound to confuse the issue.
