Because of Bernice, XX he wanted so bad to talk to you. It
is so typical of you to call back when Joan Braden and I are
alone in the house.

but we are going away

We would love to see you/and we would like for you to come
out here and take the house any time you feel like it.

You're great.

I mean that. I have a wonderful cook and she's a good girl,
and she will take good care of you and you'd have the house
to yourself.

I may reall;y take advantage of that in November sometime.

Any time, I mean that very sincerely.

Are you going to be in Los Angeles next week.

Yes.

Because just before the election for a couple of days I may be
there. And I'd love to see you.
