talking with you I received a telegram from Brezhnevmoit's really
not an urgent matter-
he just asked me to give you when it will
be convenientm-his answer for the Presidento-he thanks the President
for the letter->you remember about lend-lease.
HK:
Oh yes.

And SO it is a letter to the President, saying he is thankful that
everything was all right and that-min accordance with agreements
and he is thankful for the President for doing these things--nothing
else. So when I see you next time, I will give youi
