all week long by reporters which is to what extent does any kind
of an understanding on withdrawal of NVA regulars from South
Vietnam - is there any kind of substance to the idea. You made
the point to Trewhitt and me that you thought it would be necessary
for them to remove their troops.
K:
Well, I have not wanted to turn this thing into a test of manhood but
there is some substance to the story but write that as your own.
H:
All right. Now how about the number they've been kicking around -
the 35, 000.

I'm not going into any of that.
