And they permit the filing of minority reports related to posts
throughout the country.

You know, they are inherent bastards, they always come up with
little gimmicks to take a day to - -

But, there are 1200 International inspectors and 3000 Vietnamese,
a total force of about 4,000.
B:
Well, that's satisfactory. mean

And freedom of movement close along the DMZ, and 14 along the
border, so it's pretty good.
B:
I think it sounds fine. When are you going to make any announcement.
K:
Next week sometime. I have to go back once more for really minor
adjustments.
B:
You don't think they'll kick anything over in your absence?
