Now the State obviously is balking on it--I - think I'm just going to
order them to produce them.
HK:
Why are they balking?
RZ:
I don't know--you know why they are balking Henry as well as I do.
HK:
Why.
RZ:
Probably because the Secretary doesn;t want them doing it.
HK:
No, because they want theSecretary to do it.
RZ:
We don't want the secretary to do it--
HK:
No, but if you keep pressing this and we keep huckstering it we'll wind
up with the S cretary going it--what are we going to say if they say the
Secretary wants to do it?
RZ:
But let's push for Sullivan to do it, right?
HK:
Well, of course, yeh. But we have this great suicidal impulse.
RZ:
I talked to you about Sullivan yesterday.
HK
:
Yeh, but I hadn't thought of the fact that they W ill want to push Rogers.
RZ:
They haven't pushed him yet. I don't think Rogers would commit himself
anyway to do it because he knows
of information.
HK:
I have not objection--you know Sulliv an would be all right.
RZ:
Yeh, do too
HK:
All right.
