Why do we do the negotiating then?
K:
Well, let me talk to the State Department. My instinct is that we should
stay out of the negotiations if we possibly can.
P:
Yeah.
K:
Because we have no pressures here. I mean, there's nothing we can do
except not yield.
P:
No, we don't have anything on -- yeah, yeah.
K:
These are Palestinians, they're not Sudanese.
P:
Sure, sure.
K:
can do nothing to the Sudanese.
P:
Of course, of course. (laughter) It's a crazy part of the world, isn't it?
K:
Yeah.
P:
Okay. Nothing else new this afternoon? Will you be here tonight or
you skipping us?
K:
No, I'm coming.
