TelCon Richard Valeriani/Mr. Kissinger 3:02 pm, March 15, 1973 V: Thank you for calling sback so quick. K: We think that some of it was sent down after the ceasefire. V: The stuff after, is it at a level as worrisome as the level of last year's, do you know that. K: That' S still, you know, you'd have to say the stuff that was sent afterwards, was that at the same level, or whether the stuff after- wards together was what was already in the pipeline. V: Is the principle focus of concern on the big equipment like tanks and-- K: Well, the major kpoint is if they stop now, one can still keep the situation -- it's somewhat fudged. But if they keep it up you'd have to say that there is a massive violation of the agreement. V: We talk about the other interested party, do we have any evidence yet that the other interested party have forstrained their supply in the North Vietnamese. K: Rhat would be hard to judge. V: We just don't know about that. That area. K: That's right. V: Okay, well thank you very much. K: Right. V: Henry, have a good vacation. K: Thank you Exxxxxxx Dick. V: Bye. K: Bye.
