HAK: Well, I am not so sure. Things are a little different now.
Peterson: They may be. Now as to what I'd be willing to do, I don't know.
But if it were a very limited period, a month or so, maybe, but we're
talking about an extended period. I MAXIXX wonder if too
much
hasn't
gone
under the bridge for me to get back involved in that. Because what I
could be doing is just setting me up for another you know.
HAK: No, not if you do it on a clearly -- even if you do this one job - if
it were to take 3 to 6 months
Peterson: Well, I'll want to talk to you as a friend when it comes to that.
HAK: Well, let me find out first what the general mood is because as your
friend I wouldn't want you to get involved in a rought situation again.
Peterson: And you know I have some marvelous opportunities now.
HAK: Yes, but those you'll have at any time.
Peterson: I don't know, it depends on what the situation is.
HAK: And I can't let you get too far ahead of me financially in any event.
Peterson; In a curious sort of way you know I'm not SO sure that my
interests would be served onee there was an initial very favorable kick-off
if you follow me. A reaction to what I'm recommending could be identified
with you. I won't elaborate on that but
HAK: But your interests would not be served by being identified with me.
Peterson: My interests might be served by being identified with you on a
high professional, substantive
I don't want to elaborate on this but j ust
think about it a little bit.
HAK: Are you being facetious?
Peterson: No, I am not.
HAK: Because I think seriously they might be served.
Peterson: They might be. In other words, if we are going to do it with
other fellow involved, I think it would probably serve my interest to have
a very favorable reaction, very impressed and all that sort of thing.
HAK: No question.
