That's cause they're right on the front\nline, Henry.\nK: No, but I remember Pat Moynihan told us India would go down the drain\nif we gave 300 APC's to the Pakistani, and I got three cables a day from\nMoynihan until I sent him a cable to tell him to come home if he couldn't\ntake it. And India hasn't gone down the drain.\nC: Oh, hell, no. And I think personally, and I m right with you. I think\nthose people are gonna back right then. They're not gonna do a damn thing.\nAnd that guy's got better sense than to take on the United States. But\nnevertheless, Henry, he is not stable. He's an unusual person. He's\nabout half goofy. And he's drunk with his power and his wealth.\nK: Well, what are we then gonna say? The question is, are we gonna\nfly or not?\nC: Yes, as far as I'm concerned.\nK: If we're going to fly, all of this is true. Now then we're gonna think\ngoofy guys can drive us 75 miles off their course.\nC: No, I'm not saying that at all. The State Department may be saying that,\nbut I'm not.\nK: Well, but then what are we saying?\nC: We ought to go ahead and fly the flight and protect it to the maximum\ndegree. And whatever that odd is in there, it's like 90 to 10 and 95 to 5\nthe guy won't do anything. But we oaught to be prepared inasfar as we can\nfor that other 5 percent.\nK: Okay, but I will raise it with the President.\nC: Okay, I think it WO uld be well. And I would like to see you do it.\nK: Good. Now you can be sure I will.\nC: Okay, Henry, and thanks again for this other situation.\nK: Right.\nC: All right. Bye."
