    "ocrText": "TELCON\nProf. Weisner/Mr. Kissinger\n6:30 p. m. , May 11, 1973\nW:\nListen, I'm bothering you about a thing I shouldn't but have you heard\nanything about the invitation we extended from MIC to Sakrov (sp?) kids\nto come?\nK:\nTo who?\nW:\nSakrov (sp?)\nK:\nOh, no.\nW:\nHe passed word to me through mutual friends that he'd like to get\nthe kids out of the country. He's got a daughter-in-law -- a daughter\nand a son-in-law they're by his first wife actually. They're his\nwife's children, not his, who are theistics and meteorologists and a\nson who is college age. And they're beginning to be sort of discriminated\nagainst and harassed because of what he has done and is doing. He\nsays if they could get out of the country for a few years to work and\nstudy, it would be very good for them. And he has reason to think that\nthey would be given visas. I don't know who protects him or who\nassured him of this but this was the message I got.\nK:\nWhy don't you drop me a note and I will when I see Dobrynin whether\nI can raise it.\nW :\nWell, I was going to ask you whether you should or whether I should\ntalk to Dobrynin. I didn't want to put you on the --\nK:\nIt would be better if you did it.\nW:\nUh-huh. But you think that the situation is such that it wouldn't just\nbackfire on -- My question is really one of sensitivity\nK:\nI think they are getting very restive at all these Jewish pressures.\nW:\nUh-huh. Well, this isn't really a Jewish pressure.\nK:\nWell, but they\nW :\nBut Sakrov (sp? must be a very special thorn in their side.\nK:\nWell, they're getting very restive.\nW:\nBut is that good or bad? Can you tell?"
