Henry, on our discussion with regard to South Korea, there is a new
cable in today, I'm sending it over to you, but you may have it, so I'll
give you the number--it is Seoul 3353.
HK:
Yeh.

the formal outline by the Foreign Minister, just what they have
in mind and go into quite a bit of detail. One of thie things that they have
now changed their minds--we've - - been talking to them you know, they
have changed their mind and we want to continue UN command as you will
notice in the cable, that doesn't mean that we have to continue it, but
they want to continue it, now before you have talks with anyone else as
you mentioned, you will want to read that cable carefully.
