Hello Henry. I just received from Gromyko a reply on this principle
for this strategic thing. He said that Brezhnev accepts your last
proposal, that we discuss it, that he prepared, Brezhnev, to Dinitz,
point 99, remember about this, with understanding that from
point 2nd until 8 it was an in our--be sure you accept. Point 1st
weaccept in your propose combines with 10th. He put it this way.
Instead of 1974 he put it 1974-75. Otherwise is exactly what you
propose.
K:
I don't see -- '74-'75 is just too indefinite. If you don't sign it
in 1974 we can't take you to court, but it's a clearer objective.
D:
