I've got a bit of a problem.\nGive me credit I don't bother you much.\nK:\nI know that.\nDe RouleT\nS:\nDown in Jamaica was a fellow named Pege DcRoullie (sp His wife\nis my goddaughter and a lovely girl and she is a niece of Jock Whitney.\nThis guy is a tense fellow and he's able.\nK:\nI know him.\nS:\nWhat he did was he testified over here, as I get the story, and he\nwas against Opik I am\ntoo.\nOPIC\nK:\nOh, that's Jack Javits'.\nS:\nThat's his baby, but nobody guaranteed me anything when I was trying\nto run my businesses in this country. Well, they got half a billion\ndollars, I am told by counsel over there, and he asked that he not\nbe\nquestioned about this in open session. He asked Church. In addition\nto that\nK:\nOver where ?\nS:\nOver in the ITT multinational corporation hearings which I have not\nbeen at because of Armed Services. So he thought that Church had\nagreed to that and then Church did ask him in an open hearing without\nme being around and he answered some questions which he should\nnot have done. But in this case he thought he was in good shape.\nHe saw a Mr. Jones in the White House and I think he was expecting\nto go to another post. Mr. Jones called him in New York and - he\nwas staying with his mother-in-law Joan Payson, who is my wife's\nfirst cousin incidentally. Mr. Jones said that Mr. Manley that fellow\ndown in Jamaica didn't want him back. Then I got the impression from\nDe\nRoul\nthat he also said this sort of clears you for anything else.\nI don't think that's fair if he served four years down there."
