so on. I think it's the new labor Minister or something. And I gather
that Emilio is a little concerned about it and I think one reason that
he is sort of anxious for you to come down is to sort of reinforce
his position.

But what do I do at a Mexican fiesta where I don't speak a word of
Spanish.
J:
Oh they'11 be plenty of people who will take care of that. Paullada
and the Under Secretary of the Presidency are you know fluent in
English and you know alot of the people around him are fluent and
Rabasa of course speaks English. I'll get the drill.
