An interesting thing this. I had a long talk with Dave, I think
he is seriously considering this.

I had that impression that he might really think about it.
R:
Whether he can leave or not is another thing but I was terribly pleased
so of course I was most enthusiastic about his doing it.
K:
Of course, first I've got to get rid of the guy in there but if I had that
assurance I'd get him out of there one way or the other. That would
be marvelous because if he came in that way, if the present deputy
leaves I don't think he can work with me for a year. I'm just too fast.
R:
I wouldn't think SO either.
K:
And when he realizes what I'm going to do over there he keeps when
I mentioned in passing one of these subordinates he has a heart attack
and he doesn't know that the whole top echelon is going.
