about turning over information to the Committee whether it is
a requirement to turn over all governmental information except
Presidential communications and I said I d'd recommend a veto
if I were asked. They said oh that's very great. Then they
asked me about the war powers bill and I said gentleman you will
make war more likely if you have to weigh that against whatever
