Sure, I'd be glad to write it up--and do that. I didn't go into any specifics
on Sarkov, because I didn't think it was my business--
I did raise a couple of general points--one was--I had about 8 or 10
letters including one from Clyde Barnes about a dancer named Panhov
--and--in Leningrad who wants to go join his wife or something and
I mentioned that to Petrosky, the Minister of Health, in a purely
casual way--and he said theme are recognized procedures--and I said
I know, that I didn want him to know that there was some concern in
America about specific issues- - - if the specific problems could be removed
a lot of the general noise might diminish and he said well that was interesting

--and that was about all there was-but I'll put this all down
I had a very
good talk with Gerräk--he is very g ood, and I also had a very interest
ing talk with Podgorny-
