Apparently, competence-wise he's all right, but I think\nyou do have the problem that, the central problem is that Congress\nfears the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.\nK:\nYeah.\nH:\nAnd then, I guess that needs to be very closely a governing consideration.\nHe is almost a Senate specialist and would take the House more or less\nfor granted, but would work as well with them as you can, having to\nconcentrate on the Senate, I guess. And that leads you to a Senate\nspecialist, which leads you, in effect, to a guy like BeLieu, a guy\nlike Korologos - who's a specialist. But you don't want either one\nof them much.\nK:\nNo, I might change my mind.\nH:\nWell, you might be driven to by this difficulty. OK, we'll wait\nbriefly on Dave, huh?\nK:\nRight. And any suggestions he might have.\nH:\nDoes he have other thoughts?\nK:\nNo. But he said he'd call me today if he has any.
