K. I will get Sisco to redo it on White House stationery in a
form the President can handle.
S. I just gave this back to
K. He has to get it tonight or else he will be useless at
tomorrow's meeting. Moreso because he is SO inflamed by
my award he will want to settle it at that meeting.
