S: They have just agreed to send an additional twenty to thirty trucks
with general supplies plus an additional ten trucks with medical supplies.
K: Can I tell this to the Foreign Minister. Have they authorized.
S: They have already told the check-points that this is authorized. Apparently
they haven't even finished with the first 100 and they will just add these on
to the end of it.
K: OK.
