K: I can't belive you would be surprised twice. D: We are not. K: No, no. I mean you won't let them D: I am saying this to you on my own. We are not trying to preempt. We will try to preserve the structure for negotiations. K: I will get in touch with the Soviets. D: I think that would be maybe with the Egyptians. The Syrians are also on the alert position. The Prime Minister asked me to bring this to your attention. K: I will reach both of them. D: I do have some information about kilometer 101 bit I will tell it to Scowcroft. K: Nothing important. D: We have gone to say the U:IN can stay on our side K: I wish you would stop making proposals.
