the Bogota Conference.
R: As I told you Henry, no agressiveness. I used. in my
speech, saying we are getting to speak with Dr. Kissinger not
against Dr. Kissinger.
K: You were a major influence and would not have ahappened without
you.
R:
Vasquez appointment and the 8 point..
K: He is coming up on Friday and I am inviting him to lunch.
R: I would like to get together with you, when can we meet in
Mexico?
K: In February.
R:
for security reasons and I want to propose Cozumal..
K: I have never been there. I would love to
R: A beautiful place and for us Latin American Foreign Ministers,
to get together one or two days before your arrival to talk over
any programs beforehand. I WO uld like to send them over and then we
can discuss these proposals and on the 3rd day get together with you.
in the latter part of February.
K: The second part of February.
R: That is fine. I want it to be smooth and I will need time to adapt
things physically and intellectually. I will make no type of official
announcement.
K: Let's plan on it. .
R: In principle, we are in agreement. It should be in second part
of February.
