K: We would like to nominate Stoessel as Ambassador. We haven't
asked for a formal agrement. Could you get approval?
D: Am I to check in an official way, or

K: Officially, yes. We are asking for an agrement for him.

procedures as usual.

release of prisoners.

K: The Syrians haven't even given a list and I'm afraid this is going
to cause complications if they haven't at least given a list of prisoners
