K: How are we going to get the Israelis to do it?
S: That is another question. Particularly since this is all we have
been able to get out of two cabinet ? considerations.
K: I am not trying to have a showdown with the Israelis on procedures
on how to get the talks started.
S: Of course not, when the other side isutterly impossible. You
are in a weaker position with the Israelis as a result of this 2 whole
business of the last 48 hours. They will read the press like the
xxxxxxxx others and know we are having trouble on this end with the
embargo.
