S: Have you heard about the IDA , the opening of testimony again next
ek? On the 21st.
K: Yes.
S: Will you be able to make an appearance?
K: I don't know, but Ill send a letter.
S: I think if you could do that or if you could simply come to the hearings,
make a brief statement and leave -- that would be helpful. Just to
show
t he flag. I'll carry the testimony and I'll be there all morning.
K: Let me look at my schedule and see what I can do, but I'll certainly
