F: Good morning.
K: Mr. Chairman, how are you?
F: Mr. Secretary. Fine, how are you?
K: I just called you primarily to tell you I was thinking of you and wishing
you well.
F: Well, thank you very much. I guess you know I

K: Yep. I saw it with unhappiness if I may say SO.

Yes, it's got to be tough I'm afraid. He's down to
the
point
of
general
unhappiness with Washington. The same old thing.
K: Yes.
F: It's not easy.
K: I bet.

F: If/confronted we all have all kinds of problems with getting headquarters
and raising money and all that goes with it. You know.
K: Oh, really.
F: Oh, sure. You know that is a major problem. And so, there it goes.
K: Well, I want you to know that as far as -- I will
as close to
a partisan position as I dare.
F: Well, I know you have to be very careful in your own statements.
K: But I am telling all the newsmen what I think of this for whatever
good that does.
F: We 11, it all adds up, you know.
