I've just finished it.\nK: What's your view ?\nS: It's interesting there are several permutations and combinations that you can\ngo with this thing. Some of them would be quite defensible and not bad from our\nstand point. I think the main thing for us is to hold ours to our present level of\ndeployment because obviously the higher we want to go the higher they'll want to\ngo.\nK: No, but I told them something like 5 to 3.\nS: There are all kinds of funny combinations which don't make the throw away\nthing look too bad you wouldn't put inin those terms. For example, we would have\n50% and they would have 20% of there - 50% of our light(?) missiles and they\nwould have 20 of their medium. That would also make it possible\nK: But can we express it in numbers? Rather than in percentages.\nS: We're going to give you several\nK: I don't want it in percentages.\nS: I want to give you several ways of expressing it, there will be verification\nproblems if we're not careful. We have to do it by fields or we have to do it\nby what we already know has been converted to be compatible with SS-19's and\nSS-18's.
