Dinitz - page 2 to talk to you, this is not the crucial thing. The point is, I'm very much concerned about a major reaction this and then I get word from the UN that the British are against it, the Austrians are against, the Australians are against it SO the US should be the one to push it in. K: We are certainly not pushing it, that cannot be true. D: But the fact is, K: Look if we can get 5 negaxbix negative votes, if Austria, Australian and the British are willing to vote against it, we are gladly going to join them. D: Yes, but the point is, you are not only not going to vote against it but you are going to K: If any of them are going to abstain with us, we are going to abstain with them What we cannot -- I am not under the X impresion that we're pushing this. D: No, you are not pushing it, but the fact of the matter is and Joe Sisco will confirm it to you, if you need any confirmation, that the British and Austrians and Australians think that this is one sided and they've said to you and as well as to us. K: They haven't said it to us. D: Yes, they did. K: Well, I'll have to look into that. D: They did and we know this. I don't give a damn about the UN resolution, I mean, you know my opinion of this, but I am only concerned with the reaction and it's not necessary. I mean, the Lebanese have done a vicious act of murder or the xx terrorists. I don't need to go into the details. The fact that they will go out of the resolution of the UN with clean bill of health, this is really an unheard of situation. I mean, for what's it worth. The whole thing is worth nothing if you didn't have any resolution. If you can bix bring it to the point where they there will be no resolution week after that. K: No, that we've already tried. OK. Look will you call me when you leave the Kennedy Center. D; I'll call you maybe as soon as I get home, about 9:00. K: Well, I was going to say maybe you should drop by here for 15 minutes.
