I appreciate it.\nM:\nWell. Secondly, I think -- I've talked to Joe and Ken but sometime\nbefore you leave on Sunday, it might be useful if I could talk to you\nfor a few minutes relative to the trip I just finished.\nK:\nAbsolutely.\nM:\nAnd in the meantime I'm making you up a paper which with some point\nK:\nWhat places did you visit.\nM:\nIran, Bahreinand Kuwait.\nK:\nDid the Saudis send anyone out to your carrier?\nM:\nNo they refused the invitation. They said that -- but they were\ngiven the invitation and we made arrangements with Oman to send\nthem through but -- I don't know whether the Ambassador over there\nreally wanted me to come over or not SO I never did get to Saudi Arabia.\nK:\nYes.\nM:\nBut anyway I had a most successful visit Bahrein particularly\nKuwait where everybody said that they were going to be hostile. They\nweren't. They just couldn't have been more hospitable beginning with\nthe Crown Prince who acts as the executive and right on down through\nthe Minister of Defense and all.\nK:\nYes, I'd like to see you because I am planning to go to Kuwait.\nM:\nI know you are and SO I'm going to write you up a paper but any time\nyou say, night or day, I'll come over.\nyou\nK:\nGood. I'll call/within a day."
