K: How are you ?
D: Fine.
K: I just wanted to check with you what your reflections
D: Yes. I gather you're leaving town, anyway.
K: On Sunday, yes.
D: I had wanted to talk with George about it and he's been away, as you know,
I must say it is a very challenging situation.
K: As long as you're willing -- if you're moving in that direction I can wait
till I get back.
D: When are you going to be back - a week?
Kix About 10 days or two weeks.
D: That's too damn long, isn't it. Well, why don't I do this, I wanted to have
a good heart to heart talk with George about it and he's coming back Monday,
as you know, Sunday, no Monday morning. And I thought I would talk with him
and then be back in tough with you.
K: If you can reach me on the trip, then we could start the

really what I need.
K: Do I correctly understand that you're leaning in that direction.
D: Well, I'm willing to say to you I certainly -- it represents a major change
