D: Is our editors still with you?
K: I got them a special tour of the WH. They are not with me but they may
still be here. They are very good and intelligent.
D: They are very important and good people. I am glad they had a chance for this
broad discussion with you and the Secretary.
K: You have influence. You will be getting a reply tomorrow from Sisco.
D: That's all right with me. Tomorrow? The form of a letter? He will call
me?
K: He will but I wanted you to know this.
D: I will wait for his call.
K: This is just an informal advance notice. Since it is generally known that
these communications were received we think we should handle it on this basis.
But it will be a signed letter by the President.
