No, I was in Boston. Are you checking up on your intelligence
personnel?

Exactly. They said you were out of town but didn't know where
you were. I would like to give you an answer on a certain gentleman.
We agree with your proposal. I am authorized to tell you we accept
with the expectation you will do as you said.
K:
I will give you the exact date; it will be probably the week of
the 7th.
D:
As you mentioned before.
K:
There's been no change. I find we had a luncheon date for
December 4. I can't do it on the 4th.
D:
What date is acceptable to you.
K:
The 7th or earlier in the week -- December 2?
D:
The 7th will be better.
K:
I prefer it, too.
D:
At 1:00?
K:
At 1:00; go to the usual place and we will arrange lunch there.
