As of now, I have instructions to give it to you for the President
for consideration on what you ???? Up to now haven't given to
anyone. Would like for you to look at it and make suggestion and
then would like to present on the 25th.

Let me read it and we will leave it at the moment that I will show it
only to the President.

Personally I don't mind but you have to warn the President that no
one has seen it.

Anything that has been given to me has been kept in our channel.
D:
Our Ambassador knows nothing about it but he will know about it
in a few days.
