Mr. Kissinger
Amb. Dobrynin
4/7/70; 8:22 p. m.
K: I understand you are going back to the Soviet Union.
D: It's not quite clear, but a strong possibility.
K: I think if there is a strong possibility I will change my dinner tomor-
row night and have dinner with you.
D: Does that suit you better?
K: Thursday would suit me better, but if there is a chance you will be
going away
D: I am awaiting the second confirmation.
K: Why don't I say I will come tomorrow night.
D: Right, tomorrow night -- 8:00 p.m.
K: We can discuss the subject you wanted to
D: We will have a quite quiet evening alone.
K: You will agree to every proposition to leave a good impression (laughter)
