D: Would you suggest during this week then I will try to get answer Tues or
Wed. about that. Then I will check my schedule. Nothing will be published.
K: Make a proposal about date and time of announcement when it's agreed to.
D: Try on Friday.
K: I will try.
D: Maybe approximately and get their reaction on this one. If on Wed. they will
receive it on Thurs. and throw it into another week.
K: On Tues. they will have it Tues. night.
D: Then it's already in Moscow Wed.
K: Vorontsov could do it. It's primarily technical.
D: They are delaying me here because they want me to handle it. If it's
possible to handle it. I am the one pressing it. If it can be speeded up okay
.
If not, it's all right. The President knows best. Call me tomorrow with
a hint of where we stand.
K: Of course. I will call you tomorrow.
D: If it will be early, I will report it. I will expect a call from you tormowwor.
