I am leaving tomorrow. I would like to just tell you. Second, I have nothing to say in general, and third ? ? ? ? and President prefers to ? ? ? ? just tell me how. K: You want to discuss in general where we stand? D: No, need to discuss only if you or President have something for me to tell in Moscow. I know where we stand. Also the point we discussed last time. K: On the point we discussed last time I have to see the President again and I will have word for you before you leave. What time? D: From NY in the evening but I go by car at 3:00 p. m. K: Right. D: After lunch. Up to 3:00 I will be here. K: I will be in touch on matter we discussed last time and may also have a general thing to say. D: You are not here yet? K: I will not be but we will -- I will not get back until Monday. Vorontsov will pass messages? D: He doesn't know about the last one but I can tell him. K: When I give you our reaction we should get it settled. D. You will give tomorrow? K: Or in the afternoon.
