was no additional remark, nobody would pay much attention to him
quite frankly but because of this last remark of yours, they probably
a little bit over-emphasized his importance.
K:

as my man to keep these economists on the straight line.
D:
Yes. Well, Henry, I know his position so for me there is no need
to explain but they might take a little bit different view because of
the special telegram which was sent.

Secretary General will have a talk with you on all the subjects.

announcement, we should say three days because I would leave on
the third day or go to Leningrad.

okay from them as a matter of preliminary because as you know the
official announcement [has to be ] after your visit so I am sending
them a telegram
