talking with you I received a telegram from Brezhnev-oit's really

urgent matter-she just asked me to give you when it will
be convenient--his answer for the President--he thanks the President
for the letter->you remember--about lend-lease.

And SO it is a letter to the President, saying he is thankful that
everything was all right and that-in accordance with agreements
and he is thankful for the President for doing these things-enothing
else. So when I see you next time, I will give youi--
