have lunch with him on Tuesday.

So it stands. I just received a telegram. They are asking me to come
for some urgent consultations in Moscow - just in the evening on Tues-
day. So it is very good that we coincide. I will have lunch with him
and then in the evening around 7 o'clock I will leave for Moscow. But
I would like you when you have a chance to speak with Henry just to
mention to him that I would like during the lunch to discuss with him
the whole things - I mean SALT questions because it is now entering

So then the questions about the treaty - - he knows what kind of treaty,
then Middle East, Vietnam, and European questions.
