My own judgment is that with 24 hours of reflection these guys (with)

Some further reflection will make people - they will get plenty
of arguments that it isn't worth it and secondly they'll get plenty
of other reasons.

Well, I think one thing that should be made clear at the outset is that
without that okay the chances of any action are almost nil hence we
get the consequences we fear the most.
