suggestion, just to keep that dialogue going.

I'm concerned about, , frankly, the Senate moving off on other
jackass Cooper-Church Amendments see? Whether a huge damn
debate about it and so forth; then, what we don't expect to do, they
say well, we restrained them. See my point?

Oh, absolutely.
P:
That's how Cooper-Church all came out. So we don't have to decide
it tonight but we will give some heavy thought to that between now
and the time of the conference
