That's why the whole tone of my\nI've been very\ndeliberate in moving. You might point this out to Buckley. In\nmy speech at the OCS, in my Sulzberger interview and all the\nrest, that all leans toward a harder line. You know, some may\npick un the Sulzberger thing and but the emphasis on the lead\nwhich means nothing, in other words that this may be the last\nwar. That was not the real important part. The point was that\nthis may be provided we do what we're supposed to do.\nK : Exactly, it's in our power to make it the last one.\nP:\nThat' E right, because there are a lot of circumstances.\nA\nxaxx lot of the world has changed, but now the United States\nhas an opportunity\nIf we fail it won't be the last one.\nK: No. Mr. President, on the meeting with Smith also, I\nwill do this, I will call Buckley this afternoon.\nP :\nGood, good. Or tomorrow. Tomorrow's fine.\nK : Or tomorrow.\nP:\nYea see wehave\nthe vote isn't till Wednesday so\nwhen it's convenient, when it doesn't appear that we're pushing."
