MEMORANDUM FOR
THE SECRETARY OF STATE
The President concurs with your opinion and has
requested that you inform the Government of Spain
that the appointment of Mr. Jaime Arguelles y Armada
as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of
the Government of Spain would be agreeable to the
Government of the United States.
