PRESIDENT'S SCENARIO:
At 2:15 p.m. you'will arrive at the Main Entranco (330 Lude-
pendence Avonac, N. W. of HEW and will be met by Secretary
Robert Finch and Mr. Pat Gray, Executive Assistant to the Secretary.
Secretary Finch will escort you to the lobby insido the Main Entrance
where he will introduce you to the following top NEW officials:
