Gentlemen,
I am a member of RN Associates.
Approximately November 1, 1968, I received an urgent request
to contribute more money to the Nixon campaign. I'm not sure,
but I believe the added amount requested was $500.00.
I assume that all RN Associates received this request.
On approximately November 1st, I wired $500 to your office.
I'm delighted that I did. I'm sure all those who contributed
collectively made the victory possible.
However, I received no acknowledgement that the added $500 was
received.
I'm not seeking thanks. The victory was thanks enough. But I
would like confirmation, before I start throwing things at Western
Union, that the added $500 was received in your office.
