Would you please advise whether you think we should
send a letter from the President in reply to the attached?
As you know, Arthur Summerfield was the Postmaster
General in the Eisenhower Administration - and before that
was Chairman of the RNC. I am sure the President would be
glad to recommend them -- it is just odd that they would use
his name.
Please advise.
