of the affidavit of campaign expenses required to be filed with the
Secretary of State by the Treasurer of the South Dakota Finance
Committee to Re-Elect the President. As was discussed with you,
we have attached a copy of your affidavit to the statement signed
by the President. That statement and the original of your affidavit
were mailed to the Secretary of State on June 30 in order to be in
full compliance with South Dakota state law. A copy of the Presi-
