KHACHIGIAN the MONDAY this week ran some pretty damaging quotes of Black politicians on the Democratic party. I have instructed RNC to begin today categorizing in some detail all the harsh criticism that is made by the Blacks against the Democrats. Then, in 1972 we should put these to good use in showing how Black leaders find the Democrat party unresponsive to their needs. To be sure. they aren't in love with the GOP, but it won't hurt to hoist the Democrats on their own petard come election day. We might suggest that the Black Dem politicians can't have it both ways.
